Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles and transport packages to customers within designated routes
- Provide exceptional customer service during package deliveries and address inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and scan packages using handheld devices
- Follow all safety protocols and Amazon's delivery standards
- Load/unload packages efficiently and ensure vehicle readiness
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to route changes and prioritize time-sensitive deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Prior delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
