Responsibilities
- Safely operate Amazon delivery vans to transport packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Optimize daily routes using Amazon's delivery system for maximum efficiency
- Load/unload packages with proper handling techniques to prevent damage
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and address inquiries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report route discrepancies
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and Amazon's safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia driver's license with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficient using smartphone navigation apps
- Ability to work early mornings (4 AM start) and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone literacy for delivery scanning
