Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses using personal vehicle
- Utilize Amazon's delivery technology for route optimization and real-time tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service during package delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and resolve delivery exceptions promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and Amazon's delivery standards at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding route progress and challenges
- Complete daily vehicle inspection and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Smartphone with reliable data plan and ability to download Amazon DSP driver app
- Strong time management skills and ability to follow delivery schedules
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City streets and neighborhoods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
