Responsibilities
- Drive Amazon-branded vehicles to deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle efficiently.
- Practice excellent customer service by following delivery protocols and communicating professionally.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and ensure the vehicle is clean.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations strictly.
- Handle returns and customer inquiries as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License (Commercial License preferred but not always required for DSP).
- Clean driving record and a safe driving history.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
