Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in all weather conditions while adhering to traffic laws
- Efficiently sort, scan, and deliver packages with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain excellent customer service through positive interactions and problem resolution
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Optimize delivery routes using Amazon's navigation technology
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve delivery exceptions
- Uphold Amazon's safety standards and operational protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience or equivalent
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with smartphone navigation apps
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
