Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in generative AI, quantum machine learning, and neuro-symbolic systems
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for real-world deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI governance and bias mitigation
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source initiatives
- Secure external funding through NSF and DARPA grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, NLP, or computer vision
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
