Responsibilities
- Architect and design hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve complex computational problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers and quantum engineers in model development and deployment.
- Define the technical roadmap for integration platforms, ensuring scalability and resilience for future growth.
- Optimize deep learning models to run efficiently on emerging quantum hardware architectures.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate technical capabilities into business strategy.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years focused on advanced optimization or distributed systems.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and pioneer solutions in uncharted territory.
