Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum algorithm performance on emerging processors
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 3+ years quantum computing research
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Deep knowledge of quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE, QAOA)
- Proven experience with tensor networks and quantum machine learning models
- Strong publication record in top-tier journals/conferences
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
