Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data for the 2026 era.
- Lead R&D Roadmap: Spearhead the technical strategy for integrating emerging AI paradigms, ensuring our 2026 roadmap is technologically superior.
- Optimize Model Performance: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and neural networks for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- Collaborate with Product: Translate high-level business requirements into robust technical architectures for our upcoming 2026 releases.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the engineering department.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- GenAI Experience: Proven track record of working with Large Language Models, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and defining architectural standards.
