Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year AI evolution roadmaps integrating quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing sentient AI prototypes
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Partner with governments on AI policy shaping and regulatory frameworks
- Pioneer human-AI symbiosis interfaces for next-gen workforce augmentation
- Drive commercialization of theoretical breakthroughs into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 10+ years in advanced R&D
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic AI
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or similar)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ paradigm-shifting AI projects launched in the last 5 years
