Responsibilities
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory projections
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments for high-stakes AI systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles
- Produce whitepapers on AI ethics for industry policymakers
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging 2026 AI legislation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI governance or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving US regulations
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360, Aequitas)
- Published research in AI ethics or technology policy (preferred)
- Experience working with cross-functional tech teams
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
