Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven experience navigating regulatory landscapes (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in machine learning systems and AI development lifecycles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex ethics concepts
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent) highly desirable
