Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for 2026 product roadmaps

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles
- Advise on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Lead stakeholder workshops on responsible AI adoption
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI deployment
- Produce whitepapers on AI ethics best practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong understanding of machine learning bias mitigation
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM)
- Experience with cross-functional ethical technology implementation
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
