Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, algorithmic governance, or responsible tech
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Strong technical writing skills for creating policy documentation
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
