Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for emerging AI technologies
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment and transparency
- Create governance protocols for generative AI and autonomous systems
- Advocate for ethical AI standards in industry coalitions and policy discussions
- Train engineering teams on ethical AI development practices
- Monitor emerging AI risks and update governance protocols proactively
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance with technical background
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics in ML systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics
- Familiarity with 2026 technology trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
