Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI ethics frameworks aligned with IEEE 7000 standards
- Lead bias audits for generative AI models using Explainable AI (XAI) toolkits
- Develop governance protocols for autonomous decision-making systems
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate ethical AI requirements into SDLC
- Produce transparency reports for regulatory bodies (including NIST AI RMF compliance)
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
- Monitor emerging regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and advise on compliance
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Expertise in bias detection techniques for large language models
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI)
- Proven experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in MLOps pipeline governance
- Public speaking experience at AI ethics conferences (NeurIPS, FAccT)
- Portfolio demonstrating ethical AI implementations
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy protocols
