- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced edge AI) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to bridge the gap between futuristic concepts and executable engineering.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and resilience against evolving cyber threats.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, software engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, scalable solutions for high-traffic environments.
- Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
