- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for 2026-era technologies including quantum AI integration and carbon-neutral computing
- Direct cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen infrastructure
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Forge industry partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year tech horizons
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in regulatory compliance for future-tech (FDA, FCC, ISO 21434)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE or ACM preferred)
