- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech insights into product development and corporate strategy
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and patent filings
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build and lead a specialized futures research team of 8-12 technologists
- Advocate for ethical technology adoption frameworks in policy discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or corporate venture arms
- Strong network with academic institutions and global tech policy bodies
