- Lead horizon scanning and competitive analysis in future-facing domains
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to align 2026 strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership on societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
- Manage pilot programs for 2026-relevant technologies (neuromorphic interfaces, decentralized AI)
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Strong background in systems thinking and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or relevant field
- Experience with global technology policy frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
