As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with industry disruptors, academic pioneers, and internal R&D teams to shape the future of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech. You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and influence multi-billion-dollar strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces)
- Architect innovation frameworks for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for 2026 technology incubation projects
- Mentor internal talent in future-focused technical methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, AGI)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams (remote-first)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international stakeholder engagement
