Responsibilities

- Lead net-zero transition planning for portfolio companies across technology, manufacturing, and finance sectors
- Design and implement AI-powered ESG reporting systems ensuring 95% data accuracy
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Present findings to C-suite executives and board committees quarterly
- Mentor sustainability professionals on future-proofing methodologies
- Drive adoption of blockchain for supply chain transparency initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, TCFD)
- Proven track record of scaling ESG programs from concept to implementation
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability specialization
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, IBM Envizi, Watershed)
- Strong network with regulatory bodies (SEC, EPA, CDP)
- Experience with circular economy design principles and lifecycle assessment
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CGRP) or equivalent designation
