- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor senior engineers in future-focused R&D methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AI, blockchain, climate tech) and their commercial applications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation management
- Experience securing $10M+ budgets for future-facing initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
