Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports identifying disruptive forces in AI, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation sprints
- Establish global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers for intelligence sharing
- Mentor junior analysts in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global forums on emerging technologies and their societal impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses with measurable business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and backcasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful futures-driven initiatives
- Global mindset with experience in cross-cultural trend analysis
