Responsibilities
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ technological, social, and economic disruptions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on human-AI symbiosis
- Author seminal research papers on quantum computing's societal impact
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Present findings at Davos-level summits and industry conferences
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Complex Systems
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Fluency in at least two additional languages beyond English
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation initiatives
