Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2026-2030 horizon) and develop strategic roadmaps for market integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate next-generation product concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and market sizing for nascent technologies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external investors
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to prototype stage
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align business objectives with technical capabilities
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, conference presentations)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech foresight work
