Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate sustainability and growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and prototyping next-gen solutions across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives, measuring impact on market positioning and revenue growth
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies within existing product ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, sustainable tech, or biotechnology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business required; PhD preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience in scenario planning and futures modeling
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or Futures Studies
