Responsibilities
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026-2030 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems and neural interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor a cohort of futurist researchers and innovation fellows
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Physics, Computational Biology, or Systems Engineering
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ in emerging technology strategy
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neurotech
