Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era human-computer interaction prototypes
- Architect scalable neuro-quantum computing frameworks for next-gen AR/VR platforms
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into executable product roadmaps
- Lead patent strategy for emerging AI-human interface technologies
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Mentor junior engineers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D initiatives in quantum/neuro-technology
- Published research in IEEE ACM Transactions or Nature Machine Intelligence
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven track record of launching award-winning immersive products
- Experience securing $10M+ in research funding or venture capital
- Deep understanding of neuro-ethical frameworks and sustainable AI principles
