You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop proactive strategies that position us at the forefront of industry evolution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, translates complex foresight into actionable plans, and drives cross-functional alignment around future-ready initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead 5-10 year strategic foresight initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026+ market positioning and innovation pipelines
- Coordinate with R&D and product teams to align future-proof R&D priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend analysis
- Create annual 'Future State' reports for stakeholder decision-making
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks beyond 5-year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Track record of influencing C-suite decisions with future-oriented insights
