Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic trends to forecast 2026+ industry shifts
- Develop strategic frameworks for future-proofing business operations and innovation pipelines
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in evolving markets
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Author thought leadership content including trend reports and whitepapers
- Maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong data literacy with experience in quantitative and qualitative research
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTLE, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented initiatives
