- Author predictive trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation portfolios with future market needs
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex futures into compelling narratives for stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing long-range strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Published author in futures/innovation publications or conference speaker
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
