Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends (tech, climate, geopolitics) to map 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Create predictive models using AI-driven analytics and scenario planning
- Author thought leadership on emerging industry disruptions
- Advise executive team on long-term R&D and investment priorities
- Build external ecosystem partnerships with innovation labs and academic institutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency with AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with climate tech, quantum computing, or neuro-interfaces
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system modeling and trend synthesis
