As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. Your work will directly shape product development, market entry strategies, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation pipelines
- Author high-impact thought leadership content and deliver keynotes at global tech forums
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-readiness into current development cycles
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks using predictive modeling tools
- Drive organizational change initiatives to embed future-centric thinking across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
