Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align product roadmaps with future market shifts
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies (quantum, biotech, climate AI)
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in next-gen infrastructure
- Partner with academic institutions to forecast societal impacts of automation
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' innovation summit series
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Published research on exponential technology adoption patterns
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
- Proficiency in data visualization for complex trend analysis
