Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Translate complex scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content published in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF foresight preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
