- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 customer needs
- Author quarterly foresight reports for executive leadership on emerging threats and opportunities
- Partner with R&D to align long-term technology investments with 2026 industry projections

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
