- Design and execute the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Scenarios' workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' analyzing disruptive forces across 10+ industries
- Champion emerging technologies through pilot programs with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Present future trend briefings to board members and investor communities
- Mentor innovation fellows in futures thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Published thought leadership on 2020+ societal/tech disruption scenarios
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams with $50M+ budgets
- Deep network across Silicon Valley, academic futurist circles, and venture capital
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
