- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation portfolios with long-term objectives
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders including investors and government partners
- Build and mentor a high-impact futurist team
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in future-tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on organizational strategy
