Responsibilities

- Architect strategic innovation frameworks with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future challenges
- Develop quantitative models to assess emerging technology adoption trajectories
- Partner with executive leadership to align innovation initiatives with organizational vision
- Produce forward-looking reports and scenario planning documents for key stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and futures research tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
