Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological, social, and economic shifts through 2026 using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and government partners
- Author white papers on future-of-work paradigms and human-machine symbiosis
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Integrate exponential technologies into product development lifecycles
- Advise on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech breakthroughs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-proofing strategies
- Strong network in global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies required
