- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap with 18-month implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research labs and emerging tech startups
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses to identify disruptive technologies before market adoption
- Design and scale innovation frameworks for exponential growth opportunities
- Present futuristic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed strategic narratives
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends post-2025
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight preferred
