Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology commercialization cycles
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech convergence
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, Horizon scanning)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators in high-growth environments
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and system modeling tools
