Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging market threats/opportunities
- Design and execute scenario-planning workshops for executive stakeholders
- Mentor innovation specialists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services (2020-2024)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Strong data storytelling capabilities with visualization expertise
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- Exceptional cross-cultural collaboration skills
