- Architect 5-year technology strategy aligning with global market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neural networks, and carbon-neutral tech
- Partner with VPs of Product to integrate futuristic solutions into existing ecosystems
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech products
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing architectures
- Experience with federal grant applications (SBIR, DARPA) preferred
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ tech implementation concepts
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
