Responsibilities

- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using cutting-edge development frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech leaders
- Present futuristic vision to investors, board members, and key stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, foresight workshops, and trend forecasting initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption across global markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of launching products/services with 7-figure revenue impact
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Leadership) or equivalent demonstrable expertise
