Responsibilities
- Lead strategic R&D initiatives for quantum computing applications in enterprise environments
- Architect ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between biotech, nanotech, and software development teams
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends
- Secure federal grants and private investment for frontier technology projects
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE and Nature Technology journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI systems to production
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from government or private sources
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or major tech conferences
- Strong background in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional leadership in managing cross-continental R&D teams
