Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026-era technology frameworks including quantum-integrated systems and AI-driven autonomous ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology convergence)
- Architect secure-by-design infrastructure for post-quantum cryptographic environments
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators focused on 2030 readiness
- Present technological roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, advanced AI, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience leading $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Futures Planning
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems
- Track record of scaling technologies from concept to enterprise deployment
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
