Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen technology solutions leveraging quantum computing, neural interfaces, and advanced AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing the 2026 technology roadmap with 6-month delivery cycles
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-machine symbiosis and autonomous decision systems
- Collaborate with research institutions to translate theoretical breakthroughs into commercial applications
- Establish ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and annual technology symposiums
- Mentor junior architects in future technology principles and disruptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural interface design, or AGI development
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on emerging technologies
- Experience leading teams that delivered commercial applications of cutting-edge tech
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and technology governance principles
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#)
- Strong background in systems architecture at scale (handling >10M concurrent users)
