We are seeking a visionary 2026 Future-Ready Architect to spearhead our strategic technology roadmap. In this role, you will be responsible for envisioning, designing, and implementing the technological infrastructure that will define our company's trajectory through 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture strategy for the 2026 roadmap, aligning technology with business objectives.
- Lead research and development initiatives focused on next-generation computing paradigms and AI integration.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML architectures, edge computing, and future-forward frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformations or launching disruptive products.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
